I think I’m totally missing something obvious. Dick Cheney’s daughter is a lesbian. That’s no secret. I’ve heard people talking about it for almost a year, and couldn’t care less. Kerry said “Dick Cheney’s daughter is a lesbian” and suddenly people are throwing fits. What am I missing? Why are people calling it dirty politics? Why is any of this relevant?
