I just lost the last few days worth of entries. It’s okay, there wasn’t anything all that interesting, except for the origin of phrases site.

I lost stuff because I’m too lazy to pull my newer entries out of the MySQL database. I was so excited to use MySQL until I really began to use it. I use a lot

of stored procedures, and SQL Server specific kinds of things, and I simply can’t devote a ton of time converting over.

However, I learned a lot, and can work pretty comfortably with MySQL, so if I ever need to use it I won’t have a hard time due to this experience.
